Work through your doubts, recognize your needs, and leave with a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly self-care plan. It doesn't require extra money or time in your schedule. As an added bonus, you will also formulate a Triage Plan that you can use anywhere, anytime a self-care emergency is needed.
