Guiding a client into a meditation may be scary if you aren't used to it. I have recorded 3 easy to remember meditations, each 5-6min long, that you can watch and practice. I have found that the rest of the session goes more smoothly when I start with a meditation as it helps the client ease into relaxation. The more relaxed, the more willing to release and receive.
