Service Description
1 in 7 mothers experience postpartum depression. It can be a painful, confusing, and lonely road to walk alone. Whether you are expecting, first-time, or a veteran mom, come join other mothers as they share their feelings and experiences, and together we will leave empowered. Group includes a different self-care topic or activity every month! You are invited to donate to cover supplies for the activities by Venmo @amotherstouchREIKI Note: In order to give yourself and other mothers the right environment to share freely, please make arrangements for your children before coming. Being nervous is totally normal at first, but we are here for you! Please invite friends!
